Summary:
The virtue of respect for oneself and others is the theme of this story about Lucy, a girl with wild red hair who is being bullied by Ralph, a classmate. Lucy wants to complain about Ralph but she’s afraid of being labeled a tattletale.  An incident on the playground gives them a chance to reconcile, and in the end, both Lucy and Ralph learn some important lessons and become friends.
