Guiding Questions for Parents.

Definition: A friend is someone you like spending time with because they make you feel happy and special, and help you when you need it. In short: Build bonds that last forever. Summary: The main characters in this story are lumps of clay that eventually become friends as they explore “shapeshifting”. In the beginning of the story, a sculptor makes them into a wolf and an owl. After their creator leaves, they recreate themselves into odd shapes and have a lot of fun making each other laugh. Students will enjoy the illustrations that feature photos of all the various shapes they create. Lesson Objectives:
