Guiding Questions for Parents.

Definition: A friend is someone you like spending time with because they make you feel happy and special, and help you when you need it. In short: Build bonds that last forever. Summary: Pointy, a stegosaurus feels very sad. His friend Tiny T. Rex wants to give him a comforting hug but his arms are too short. Tiny goes on a quest to find out how he can hug his friend. He asks his family members for advice and practices hugging until he finally does his best to hug Pointy. Tiny may have small arms, but he has a big heart! Lesson Objectives:

Students will be able to do more for their friends when they need comforting. They will memorize this wise advice about friendship: A good friend tries their best to offer help and comfort when someone is sad.
