Our Story
Values and Virtues’ first form was the Principled Academy – a pre-K to 8th grade, non-sectarian religious school in San Leandro, California started in 1988.
Our vision through this online character education curriculum is a world filled with ethical, loving, and compassionate human beings.
For over 30 years, we implemented a comprehensive character education program based on the core values of care, respect, compassion, responsibility, fairness, and generosity that lead to students achieving significantly higher academic success than their fellow students at each grade level.
Since COVID, we’ve switched from a brick and mortar school to a completely online resource for parents and educators to make raising children of moral character as simple, fun, and meaningful as possible.
