About the Story
Wolf has no self-control. His emotions are all over the place, and this causes problems with his friends. An Owl and another wolf convince Wolf to learn techniques that will help him deal with wild emotions. Wolf goes along with the plan and he tries various calming practices, like yoga, running, jumping, and climbing. When he climbs a tree, Wolf uses deep breathing to face a fear of falling. Later when Wolf gets angry, jealous, and sad because of a disagreement with some friends, Miss Yeti encourages him to cry and talk about the problem. Wolf has a few more adventures that help him deal with his strong emotions and at the end of the story he and his friends celebrate - “Wolf, you’re a lot nicer to be around now that you’ve learned self-control!”
